Refund policy

• 30-Day Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
• Contact Us First: As we act as an intermediary between the brand and the customer, all return requests must be initiated by contacting us at geoffrey@kapsul-studios.com before sending any item back. This allows us to review your request and coordinate directly with the brand.
• Return Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Condition & Quality Issues: In case of defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will assess the issue with the brand and provide a resolution.
• Exchanges: Exchanges may be possible depending on product availability. Additional shipping fees may apply.
• International Returns: Please clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
