Shipping policy

All orders are handled through our centralized fulfillment process in Japan.

Once your order is placed, items are sourced directly from each brand and delivered to our team. After receiving all items in your order, we prepare and ship your package internationally.

We operate on a batch shipping schedule, with dispatches twice per week:

• Wednesday
• Friday

Your order will be shipped in the next available batch once all items have been received and prepared.

Please note that some items may be made to order, which can extend the processing time before shipment. Estimated lead times are indicated on the product page when applicable.

Throughout the process, we provide status updates at each stage — from order confirmation to final shipment.

All international shipments are sent using tracked shipping methods only, including EMS and standard international services, depending on destination and selected option at checkout.
